Established in 1982 and expanded in 1996, this roughly 1,795-hectare sanctuary comprises four forest bits (Kalenga, Rema, Chanbari, Rashidpur) and hosts 37 mammal species — including the Bengal slow loris, capped langur, and fishing cat — plus 167 bird species.
