Mymensingh

Mymensingh Division is Bangladesh’s north-central division, known for the Brahmaputra basin, agricultural strength, old zamindar heritage, and the Garo hill frontier. It covers about 10,584 km² and had an enumerated population of 12,225,449 in the 2022 census. Its capital and largest city is Mymensingh, a major education, healthcare, and administrative center.
