History & Background
Tazingdong (also called "Bijoy") sits in the Saichol range and has cited elevations ranging from around 766 m to a locally-claimed ~1,280 m (4,300 ft), a genuine discrepancy across sources. Later GPS surveys suggest nearby Saka Haphong may actually be higher, though Tazingdong remains widely referenced as the traditional "highest peak."
